The joint venture between NBC and News Corp is debuting the movie, Crawford, the movie about the small Texas town very close to Waco and the home to George W. and Laura Bush since 1999. The movie focuses on how the town became an overnight political pawn. From the time Bush moved there in 1999 while Governor of Texas and Presidential candidate to 2005 when Cindy Sheehan and her supporters camped outside the “Western White House” during Bush’s August vacation. The town splits over the spotlight and the citizens of Crawford tell the story of the nine years as the President’s home.
